Shipping and Returns

We offer flat rate shipping of $19.99 to anywhere in Canada. 

Certain products or orders are too large, fragile, and/or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods. Please email [email protected], or call (705) 759-3443 and we’ll let you know if your order requires extra freight. 

If you need your order faster than our Standard Ground please email [email protected] for a quote.

**Please note at this time we do not ship bicycles or skis.   

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new condition

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

• Items must include the original packaging

Returns that are not in the original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items such as cycling shorts, helmets, tools, tires and tubes are considered final sale.

We honour all of our supplier guarantee so if an item you have purchased through us fails please contact us so that we can determine if it falls under the manufacturers guarantee.
